Design features
The built-in cylinder controls the “on/off” function and can operate at 180 cycles per minute.
Each “on/off” cycle only shuts off the liquid path of the sprayer.
The liquid flow delivered to the nozzle can be conveyed by siphoning or gravity, or it can be pressurized.
A wide variety of spray nozzles are available, suitable for diverse flow rates and spray patterns.
Common characteristics of two-fluid systems: they utilize the principle of high-speed compressed-air flow to atomize liquids into fine droplets.

General application
Humidification, cooling, lubrication, spraying
Widely used in the electronics, paper manufacturing, and pharmaceutical industries.

Applications of automatic air‑atomizing nozzles in the food industry:
Butter, seasonings, mold inhibitors, edible oil, equipment release agents, flavorings, syrups, water
