Design features

Narrow-angle nozzles are characterized by producing a solid-cone spray pattern with a circular spray footprint and a narrow spray angle of 30°. These nozzles generate a uniformly distributed, coarser droplet spray—particularly the 15° version—exhibiting significantly higher impact forces per unit area compared to wider-angle nozzles at the same flow rate. All narrow-angle nozzles feature removable caps and vanes.
Nozzles in the 1/8‑inch to 1/4‑inch size range are manufactured from bar stock, while nozzles 1‑1/4 inches and larger are produced by casting. Narrow‑angle nozzles are crafted with precision engineering to meet exact specifications, ensuring superior performance. Their uniform spray distribution stems from their vane design, large flow passages, and excellent jet‑control characteristics.

• Perform thorough cleaning on products that require deep penetration or jetting to generate turbulence, ensuring effective washing.
