For tasks involving thorough cleaning, cutting, or other applications that require intense localized impact—where highly concentrated jet energy is essential—using a liquid‑column nozzle can enhance production efficiency and product performance.

The housing is made of stainless steel, with an internal ceramic or ruby insert, offering high-pressure resistance and excellent wear resistance. It can also be fitted with a ruby insert upon request, capable of withstanding pressures exceeding 300 kg. Commonly used for cleaning paper‑making rollers and edge‑cutting applications, it is therefore also known as a “water needle.” It is further suitable for high‑precision processes such as diamond cutting and wire EDM.
