Dust point 1: the dumper system starts to work, the carriage tilts to a certain angle, and the materials begin to flow and collide in the carriage, resulting in a large amount of dust. The greater the turning angle of the dumper, the greater the amount of dust generated.

Dust starting point 2: when the car dumper cuts obliquely to a certain angle, and the resting angle formed by the material and the side of the car is greater than 35, the material slides out of the car and falls down to contact and collide with the car dumper grate, resulting in a large amount of dust. The greater the rotation angle of the dumper, the more materials are dumped, the greater the amount of dust is.

Dust starting point 3: the material falls down from the tipper grate, and the material falling into the hopper generates strong air flow. the material causes a large amount of dust to rise under the action of strong air flow. the greater the falling height of the material, the greater the amount of dust generated. the material finally falls into the hopper, and the material hits the inner wall of the coal mine hopper to generate a large amount of dust. The dust material generated in the coal hopper emerges from the front and rear sides of the tipper grate under the negative pressure.
